Now its is doing what everyone here is saying. Came back in and resumed watching. After seconds of playback, the screen went black, still had audio. If I touched the screen, the video playback came back. Once the toolbar auto-hides again, seconds of video playback, and then black screen again.

Please make sure you have the latest Windows Updates and Video Drivers installed. I checked all my drivers and everything. Everything is fully up to date. I tried reinstalling the desktop app but still getting the same issue. When I got too annoyed by it I ended up calling Netflix support and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. It was Windows 10 it’s self. That I have to contact Microsoft to get it fixed. Does anyone know a work around or a solution that can fix this issue.
