I’m a fan of PaintShop Pro, and believe two programs need much better integration. Below that, not much happens and above that details smear out. The program still launches in around four or five seconds, and while it takes a rather sluggish 25 seconds to open Photos mode or seconds to first switch to the root folder of the photo library in Manage mode, that’s the only time it feels slow. ACDSee’s noise reduction slider isn’t very useful.
