Click Xero Central. Click the help icon at the upper right hand corner of the screen. They don’t have a phone number and will generally only call if it can’t be resolved through a ticket. Hi – our client has cancelled his Xero subscription and his account has been removed from our dash board. We missed submitting the RTI filings for Month 3,4 and 5 as we thought the accountant had temporarily suspended the system, but they hadnt. Use our online checkup tool Xero website to run a few system checks. I have tried showing off the unhide account behind it.
