I am experiencing the same behavior from the Netflix app installed from the Windows Store. I can open it, but it just sits on the home screen with the logo for a minute or so then closes.
This was my first attempt at using the app. I also tried uninstalling, reinstalling, resetting, rebooting Looking forward to a solution or Windows update. Would also be great the update restored the app icon images in Windows Ever since the “Fall Creators Update” the Windows-based apps on my laptop have generic image graphics for logos and they are see-through in the task bar when pinned.

I re-started the app and now it is back to not working at all. Same here. The problem started with the windows update on Jan Up till then everything worked fine. Hello there,. I’ve been using the Windows 10 netflix app for several weeks without any problems. It was also still working today until I did the following:.
Installed netflix app also on my Lumia Windows phone 2. Reset the password from there because I obviously forgot it while the app was running on my laptop 3. Closed the app on my laptop. The next time I tried to start the app on my laptop, it just displayed the loading screen with the netflix logo for about a minute, then it just closed itself without any error message. But for no avail. It’s running without problems on my phone, and I can Access netflix by browser, it’s just the Windows 10 desktop app which just stopped working.
