In Xero HQ, select the Payroll tab to see payroll clients needing attention. You can choose the list of clients you want to see in Xero HQ. Depending on your user role, you can also customise the list of clients your staff sees.

Earlier pay runs and pay runs not yet filed show at the top of the list. When adding clients to a staff member, if you see ‘Unavailable’ next to their name, the client either doesn’t have a Xero organisation, or they don’t have Payroll in their Xero organisation.

Insights can include issues with pay runs or employee-related details that need attention. You can either view the details of an insight first or go straight to the area that needs looking at.
