We recommend the Xero Verify authenticator app. After installing the authenticator app, you can login to Xero and change the device linked to your Xero account. Use a backup method to authenticate, if you don’t have access to your current authentication device. If you lose your phone, or the device which has your authenticator app on it, we recommend you change your Xero login password before setting up MFA on your new device.
