I contacted the tech team several time and their conclusion was that the some of the drivers may have become corrupted in the preinstall software.
The advice was to clean install windows from media to bypass the corrupted files. Once again I reset the software to factory settings, downloaded all the updates apart from Kb which Fownload couldn’t install. However I was able to upgrade to windows 10 without any problems. Then I encountered another problem. I downloaded a touchpad driver for windows 10 from manufacturers website, I noticed in the download folder the file was in zip format, however the ICON for this folder changed to internet explorer Icon and not the normal zipped icon.
I extracted problwm files and the screen started to flash, immediately I turned the computer off. After clean install of windows 10 from the DVD disk, I installed my USB memory stick which had the zipped folders from my previous downloads of pictures, everything seemed downloax, It showed rfee zipped Icon for the folder.
Turned off the computer, next day I began to upload the files from my backed up USB stick. Then I noticed the zipped folder Icon changed to Internet explorer Icon once again and I was back to square one.
I don’t know how to resolve this issue, if someone else had the same issue or someone knows the solution to this problem then please let me know. I would be ever grateful.
