After searching a bit, I’ve decided to re-install the language pack. Re-install works however downloading of “Basic Typing” fails with either below message: “”” Sorry we’re having trouble getting this optional feature installed. Error code: 0x0 “””.

Error code 0xF In the right-pane, if the value named UseWUServer exists, set its data to 0. This did not fix the issue and the problem persists when I try and download Japanese Basic Typing, Handwriting, or Speech. I have had this problem with windows 10 for years, and in the past the workaround I used was to use Windows 10 ver , where it inexplicably worked as it should.
