Mark hits nearly all of the important points and addresses numerous issues that actually occur in real effects work. Knowing very little about After Effects, this book is both enlightening and challenging. I have gotten about half way through and know this book is going to help me learn After Effects and be a reference book for years to come. I am glad I saw a review and was able to get a copy.
