It took 90 minutes for the store Tech to uninstall and reinstall the program. It worked fine for one week and now it is doing it again. This is one of several issues that have come up with my Surface Pro 3 and when I read the substantial number of others who have this problem I would like a permanent fix and I am uncomfortable simply reinstalling my software every week.
The answers on the forum are to go to various other articles which I really don’t have time for. What is defect that is causing the underlying problem and is there a permanent fix. I am in Washington DC and will try to find a Microsoft Store but the Tech who worked on this last week in Honolulu seemed not to have any in-depth understanding of the cause of the problem.
