Sorry for the inconvenience there, Mel. There was a brief issue where users were receiving an error when trying to access their contacts in Xero. The team managed to get in and resolve this swiftly, and you should be able to access your contacts again – See our Status page for more detail. Kelly – I am now experience the same issue with our account.

Clicking on a contact brings up a page error. The only recent issue shown on our Status page was more around using Hubdoc, and has since been resolved. If you can send them a copy of the error you’re receiving and any detail about the steps you were taking upon receiving this, it should help them dig in.

I cannot access my contacts today either??? I have cleared my browsing history. Logged in and out and in again. Hi Mel, sounds a bit different to what the discussion here is about.
