I turned on Airplane mode. Ran Upgrade Advisor. Please advise me how I can backup or copy my Messenger messages so I can Reset my phone. Maybe that would work. Sal I’m talking about Text Messages on my lte. Let’s face it. There is no way for me to copy backup a message thread.
I have 2 on my phone that are significent and need to be preserved. I have to get a different phone since I have problems. Besides the lack of Text Message backup when I connect the phone to my computer it shows all my directories on my phone are blank. Not true. There is no way to move data from my phone to my installed SD card, at least that I can find.
I want to reset my phone to see if that would solve some problems but I will lose my Text Messages if I do that and there is NO way to copy them first that I can find. AND I can’t upgrade to Windows I’ve tried putting it in Airplane mode and running the Upgrade Advisor. No luck. Windows 10 is not available on my LTE. Facebook down; websites crashing; poor app availability. Glitchy is an understatement. Turning itself off; screen pixelating.
