I have tried it and there seems to be a problem with the browser. Try installing and running in compatibility mode Win 7 on your Win If the system asks for an activation code, you are helpless. When I get to the product key I enter the numbers from the old program and get an invalid key response. I know this is the correct key, but I understand Intuit changes it every three years. By changing the date back to the CD was able to accept my original key code. Although some fonts would not load, it appears the program is installed and running. I am now able to restore my old company files. I will be upgrading to a current version of Quickbooks in the near future to avoid any compatability issues. Once again, thank you for your help.
